Propria uses subscription tiers with an included unit cap. If you exceed your plan, overage is billed per unit per month — so you get predictable base pricing without pure per-unit-only billing.
Each rentable unit with an active or future lease counts toward your cap — e.g. an apartment, studio, or commercial space. Parking or storage billed with a lease can be discussed during onboarding.
Bank import and matching via Ponto is included in all paid plans. You connect your own Ponto account; Ponto fees from Isabel Group apply separately.
Yes. Pro and Enterprise include a dedicated subdomain/instance. Solo clients can add dedicated hosting for an extra €20/month.
