Getting started

This page is a practical path into the dashboard — not a full feature list. For the big picture and every guide link, see the documentation overview.

  1. Property holdings — register owners, buildings, and units; add PEB data and building documents where you have them.
  2. Parties & leases — create tenants, open leases on the right units (contracts, guarantors, base rent).
  3. Payments — let monthly rent lines generate for active leases; issue receipts when needed.
  4. Bank transactions — import via Ponto and match incoming transfers to expected rent.

When rent must follow the health index or you need printable paperwork, open Rent revision and the Documents hub in that order of need — not on day one for everyone.

For arrears spread over time, attach a Repayment plan on the lease before you rely on matching amounts.

  • AI assistant — portfolio, Belgian law, and building PDFs when you select a property in chat.
  • Users & access — admin vs agent roles and who can change matching or legislation settings.
