Each user has their own saved version per template type. On first open, Propria provides default content; after you Save, your personal version is kept.

Editor features:

  • Rich text with merge fields (tenant name, address, rent, new rent, landlord name, and more).
  • Optional logo block (image, alignment, size).
  • Preview with sample data from the hub; on a lease, fields fill from real lease data.
  • Print via a dedicated layout (density, scale, borders).

Create your own named templates with the same editor and merge fields. Manage them from the documents hub.

  • Rent revision panel → print the indexation letter.
  • Lease detail → print the residential lease contract.

The same templates saved in the hub are reused.

Text for email and WhatsApp when sharing a rent revision from the lease. Merge fields (tenant, new rent, effective date, etc.) are filled in by Propria. If a template is empty, the corresponding share action is hidden.

PDFs uploaded on the building page (insurance, claims, maintenance…) feed the AI assistant when that building is selected in chat. They are not edited or printed from the documents hub.

  • Save hub templates once per user account — they apply across all your properties.
  • Use Preview before printing long contracts.
  • Keep indexation letters aligned with the revision recorded on the lease.
